Fixed-scope initiatives are quoted based on estimated effort and complexity, with clear deliverables and timeline. Minimum project engagement: $750.

Software licensing
Blue Rhino Consulting does not resell software licenses. Clients purchase required Microsoft and third-party licensing directly through their preferred vendor. We provide licensing assessment, SKU recommendations, and deployment guidance.
